Sunshine, a black Labrador Retriever, was Katherine's 13th birthday present and was a loyal friend and companion for the whole family. She was diagnosed with bladder cancer in November of 1998 and passed away the summer of 1999. These pictures are in memory of her: Lady Sunshine, May 22, 1989--July 27, 1999

Chris and Katherine went camping at Assateague National Seashore in March of 1999.

Kit Miller and Erin Jones were married on September 19, 1998, and Chris was honored to be the best man. The wedding took place at Thomas Point State Park in Maryland.

Katherine graduated from William & Mary on May 17, 1998.
