I had some seriously strange dreams last night. I was starving hungry when I went to bed and I think that had something to do with it. One really weird aspect of the dreams was that our cat Jefferson kept appearing randomly, sometimes with his head attached to his body, and sometimes just his head. It was disturbing to me in the dream at first, but after I realized that sometimes he was fine and sometimes he was just a disembodied head, I stopped worrying about it. In another dream, I was upset with Chris because he was attending three sporting events that week... one of which was a baseball doubleheader. To try to appease me, he bought me presents from the gift shops at the stadiums. Note: I would never consider myself a "sports widow," as Chris really does not spend that much time watching sports. I've heard that going to bed on a full stomach can cause bad dreams, but maybe an empty stomach has an effect too.

Okay, we've got to go to bed. I feel a sense of accomplishment but now there is so much more I need to figure out how to do!
